CJ, that's an old article, written back when the details weren't formed.

There's nothing in the deal that suggests it will drive a wedge between the moderates and the hardliners in Iran. Internal politics in a closed-off foreign country is difficult to gauge, but Obama and the backers of the deal are SO sure of the situation there that they're willing to gamble a future with a nuclear-armed Iran.

With all of the ways Iran can lie and cheat on the deal, combined with politics that resemble Putin's Russia more than anything else, it's really hard to convince me that this deal will actually be bad news for the ayatollahs.
