to get above 161.8% ceiling and prove that the current time is the epicenter of primary wave 3 we really need qe4. the market until now correlates very well with the qe cycle. everytime the qe stops it either goes sideways or corrects, like oct'14 and now (saw the data, but can't find it). the chart below is until nov'13, but it shows we do need qe in order not to fall into abyss. yellen not only needs to announce that she won't raise rate this year, but she should strongly hint that she will do qe4 if necessary.
