Bob, this may be a dumb question, but why aren't the 110,000,000 restricted shares included in your calculation? They may be restricted, but they are still issued (assuming the # is correct).

If we use $66,470,000/172,000,000 the share value changes from $1.07 to $0.386 per share. Subtracting expenses and sharing what's left with Patroclas or whomever, may get the value down closer to the current price of the stock.

I'm not trying to argue or criticize, just trying to learn and understand. I don't have enough of this stock to be ruined if it goes to 0.00, nor will I be wealthy if it goes to $10 (now, $100 is another story <ggg> ).
