Jin, I thought the share count was closer to 100,000,000 as per Mr.Arnold. But the number of shares used to calculate eps would not be that high as they will almost certainly be subject to a conversion ratio upon the merger of the company and the cvia shell. I'm looking for them to get the share count dowm to 1,000,000 with 100,000,000 authorized. Given their stated goal of aggressivly aquiring other companies and the lack of funds to do so I expect them to start buying other companies for stock. It still should produce a healthy eps if there are any earnings at all and that can't be bad, regards,p.b.
