Speaking as a public affairs professional, I found it interesting that CDRD could not quote a single independent source to justify their views. Just "of course it will work, we say so"! CDRD may not implode today but it's just a matter of time. CS, I'd be happy to see this happen after January 1 so I don't get greedy and cash in during the 1997 tax year. Good luck all.
