Well we it's been a while since we have seen a 10% one day rally in crude.... and a stronger USD today as well.....as the nice rally in stocks. It's very impressive that the ARMS index is .29 an extremely powerful upside ratio.

The SPX could not get above the 1993 level and as we weaken in US equities into the close..... I was a bit disappointed that we did not have a stronger bullish ending today...... unless we see a huge upside pop in the last 45 minutes.
