Sounds like a believer of Dr. M. The first of the Soros bashers when the Malaysian currency justifiably went in the toilet. He should have looked at his own financial advisors who were telling him to build dams, 100Km bridges and towers everywhere that somebody would sooner or later have to foot the bill.
