Unless you can prove need for self
protection,

Self-Protection is a basic human need and a right resting at the core of American liberties. We protect ourselves at every level from harassment and assault to material breach. The right to self- protection is the basis for natural law so it follows that society must uphold that right. It is the nature of human beings to hold animus toward one another and to act on that in the absence of societal protections. It is the role of government to protect us against invasion and to keep order but the government has no charge to infringe upon our right to self-protection.
