Actually never heard of either of them. I have an economics degree amongst others but am an MD My brain builds models I just input a lot of data and a set of rules/models emerge. I tend to be able over time to identify the geniuses and pay the most attention to them I love when they synthesize an idea and it puts together all the rules I have arrived at. Those aha moments are great, Will be out with a book in my field soon with my own models in medicine .In economics I like Mish,Gundlach,Bill Gross,Lacy Humt,Jeremy Grantham,Albert Edwards,Hugh Hendry,David Teper,Charles hughes Smith, felixZulaf, Cullen Roach, ray Dalio, amongst others The big thing is to pick the experts, discard most as useless ( even 50% of doctors are dangerous and only 1% can predict the future based on current data), always think outside the box, know your limits, cram your brain with data, learn from the past, etc If you are not blessed with a high IQ and or the time pick an expert and follow humbly There are always many smarter than us Oh and thank God for your blessings and protect the weak from those who would be gods in this life
