Paul, what steps do you think CVIA will take to reduce the share count down to 1 million? Are you speaking of one million in float?

Also, since I am still learning, can you explain to me why any company would want to sell out to a company with a "financial past" for shares that are worth less than a nickle? Somehow, that does not sound like a sound business deal. I would not want to take shares of CVIA for a going and thrieving business. Why would anyone be willing to do so?

Just a question that has popped into my thoughts lately. Any help you or someone else cares to offer would be appreciated.
