Hi Chinu, everyone has been so nice to me it has overwhelmed me.

As I under stand it, Biden and Warren are quiet enemies. Biden never approved of Warren's populist ideas. To me this also explains a lot about the last seven years. So I don't see much chance Warren would agree to go with Biden.

It definitely is complicated. If Biden comes in now, he has to challenge Hillary. How will that will work. I think he may be waiting to see if Hillary drops out then, he'll enter the race. That reminds me of when Humphrey jumped into the race after Bobby Kennedy was murdered and then took the nomination away from Eugene McCarthy.

That cost the Democrats the presidency, as it was so underhanded as seen in the Chicago convention where Mayor Daley strong-armed all the Eugene McCarthy supporters.

It's going to be difficult, for either Hillary, or Biden, to explain themselves, when they are debating either Sanders or O'Malley. There is a great interview, a couple of weeks ago in the nation magazine with Sanders. Sanders is a lot smarter and a lot more politic than people think. The interview was brilliant.

But Sanders says in there he wasn't going to run and unless there was a revolution i.e. take the banks apart and bring the plutocrats under control. O'Malley's taking that same road. Now that is what the liberals want, it's what they were hoping for with Obama, although in retrospect, Obama did a wonderful job setting the standard for the first African-American president with his being so dignified, measured, polite and smart.

So I don't know how all this sorts out, but it is going to be fun to watch. But I do see the Democratic Party now split the way they were in the 60s, with the establishment being Hillary and Biden and the counterculture candidates being Sanders and O'Malley. The liberals and the geniuses that got a Obama elected are not going to go with Hillary or Biden.

I would say there's a larger chance for a Sanders Warren ticket, on the other hand it would probably make more sense to have a Sanders, Castro, or some woman like Amy Klobuchar ticket.

Anyway, nice to see you and everyone else still around. The SI liberal tribe.
