All out of MRGE today.. A bitter sweet moment.. Made good money but I still think management jumped the gun with IBM deal at $7.13 but no longer make sense for me to hold since I doubt another competing offer would emerge considering the $25m breakup fee with IBM..

Besides, with this market decline, there are too many places where one could move the cash..
