that's quite a long time to stay above the IL, but this is microsoft so I'm not too surprised. Actually, I might be more comfortable using the ACT from the beginning of this year...that IL has been broken too, though it is now at around 150 so it's long gone.
Doug, in playing the IL for a short position, is the ideal time to wait for the xover back under the IL? ie wait until MSFT falls below the IL that's at 124 now?

Another one to take a look at is T (AT&T) -- if this one can make it into the low 70s, i think that's where its IL is right now. That one would fall back to the 50s...

Saw your post re: the dow. I have to concur. Just about every early warning sign has been tripped at this point.
