Letter to Shareholders In response to the negative activity on the IHUB boards regarding the Shareholder Meeting Agenda, we wish to clarify the following:
The auditors , Paritz & Company, P.A., were hired on April 10, 2015 to complete an independent audit for the 2 years ending June 30, 2014
and June 30, 2015. This audit engagement was approved by the board
at the time of the signing of the engagement letter Shinenzia Ross Friedman and Ference, the attorneys , were also hired in April 2015, pursuant to an engagement letter .
As far as the discussion of the new products ”,we will be presenting to
you the future products which ill be launched soon.
The board has approved the name change of the company from
Totally Hemp Crazy ,Inc to Rocky Mountain High Brands, Inc. This will
allow us to build brand equity in one brand name....Rocky Mountain High.
On another note, there are certain individuals who hide behind alias
and assumed names because they are too cowardly to publish their
own names .
They tell lies and try their best to destroy legitimate companies such as ours
Such conduct by those individuals has been well documented for years.
Some of those same individuals are now being sued in a New York Court.
