There is plenty of room and enough resources to feed every person on the planet and many many more. The population bomb is a discredited myth and if you Eugenicists didn't have that excuse to kill/extirpate and eliminate everyone you don't like, you would just find another excuse, at least until you get power. At that point the need for such bothersome excuses will no longer be necessary and your final solution can be put into action resulting in a glorious Golden Age of Atheism that will last at least 1,000 years.
