In the Privacy Screen I went through every single category and turned off every option.

If there is a need to turn anything on later I will do so, but I would rather start with everything off than everything on.

For the "Feedback & diagnostics" category, the setting isn't OFF/ON but instead has 3 choices and "Basic" is the minimum setting.
