HOSEMAN,

I think it's obvious that tech stocks have been in a bear cycle for the last 3 months- but check out the Bull/Bear survey on SI, and the news headlines. The public is now bearish. Look particularly at the SI survey chart. The previous low bull/bear ratios preceeded sharp run-ups. The public is never right.
