No doubt that eventually demand will outstrip supply and prices will begin to reflect that, however the peak oil theory is out of favor for now. Frackers in the USA have gotten so efficient that they have lowered the breakeven for many plays. This reality will dampen the upside for the next few years Thus the challenge for now is idenitifying the bottom and who will have the staying power to (without over dilution or selling off their arms and legs) benefit from the next upturn. I've learned the hard way not to buy on the way down..........hurts too much. Much safer to get in when the bottom is in rather than try and catch a falling knife. Anyway I'll be watching this one to see what happens. Note the preferred C, D & E shares (cum pref types that obligate the company to pay out $33 mil in dividends per year), all have started trading at a +50% haircut br, mad2
