Eli,
The guy is pretty slippery and I think you know that his assets etc. are covered very tightly. I hear that he is now trying to work something out involving the sell of NMDO as a shell since at this point there are hardly any to no assets. Does the story sound familiar? The potential merger/buyer is a........ Now how familiar does that sound? I am not kidding. I heard the rumor today.
