Chas, Bob correct me if I'm wrong about your valuation model, but I interpreted the point you were making about the Nebraska reservoir, not as an exact science, but more as a means of showing us an undervalued situation. Stocks rarely sell right at asset values anyway. Your model didn't account for EMSOUNDER Technology or other projects (UPR,BR,etc.). Is the approximate $1.00 figure a stock price objective for you in 1998?
