I have felt for over a month now and told my kids I do not think Hillary can make the slog. So I could see Hillary bowing out and passing the torch to Biden. In fact that may be what Biden is waiting for e.g. waiting until October 1st to make a decision.

Whether Hillary or Biden I see the same split we had in the 60's between Eugene and Humphrey, unless Hillary bows out and Biden does not come in.
