I'm a "fan" of presidents that put the COUNTRY ahead of their OWN political ambitions. There're only 2 presidents in the last 40 years that fit that description. Carter and H.W. Bush.... Both of them only got 1 term because they stayed true to their beliefs rather than conforming to what was popular.
