Hillary is an unlikable, crooked, self serving perversion of a human being. Her and her husband raped Haiti and turned a blind eye to problems around the world in exchange for cash. Quite the carpetbaggers. Their conduct may have finally caught up to them. I believe Biden is simply pretending that it is a tough decision for him to run. The administration sees her as an unlikable hot potato. Hot Potato is bad enough. If Hillary doesn't get what she wants, she will have no power and will dissolve like the Wicked Witch when a pail of water was tossed on her.
