There is no doubt that people who use "gruber" in a sentence are severely intellectually challenged.

It's how we have to lower our standards and talk to the sappy people who believe the guy that designed obamacare (GRUBER) and especially for people that think the world is burning up and sinking below the oceans.

Any rational person would have to admit that anyone that believes that voodoo shit does not understand reality and factual information, and must be treated like a child.
