It's absolutely impossible for any material not to be classified and then classified later... the older the material, the lower the classification, after a prescribed number of years, 7 years, the material degrades one step... and especially for anyone holding the position of Sec. of State...

The fact is the Sec. of State is one of the few individuals who do the classifying itself, so for that over bloated sack of cellulite curd to say she didn't know and that it wasn't classified at the time she handled it is an absolute bold faced LIE... how could someone with the highest ranking in the State Department and who is assigned the very task itself of doing the classifying of all materials ever possibly say she didn't know at the time it was classified, as if she's just a clerk in the mail room... in fact, even the clerk in the mail room would know if the material is classified or not just by seeing it, and they would also know very clearly what classification is should hold...

I'm very familiar with the handling of classified material and the grading classification all the way to and above top secret to include top secret code word and beyond... simply said, that fat sack of puss is a liar...
