Thoughts from today's press release.

* Finally the country that had Vitaros partnered first has launched. Only took 5 years ( almost ) after it was partnered.

* We should see royalties of around $300 K + on the next 10 Q ( for sales from 2Q 2015). They noted a 103% increase in sales compared to the previous quarter. That should put the units sold at 150,000 + ( multiplied by $2.25 ).

* We have had National approvals derived from the latest 12 EMA countries where Vitaros was recently approved.

In total, Vitaros is currently approved under the European Decentralized Procedure ("DCP") in twenty-two countries, of which fourteen have further approved Vitaros for commercialization at the national phase level of the DCP approval process.

The original amount of National approvals was 10. That means that 4 more countries have given their national approval. Again, Sandoz had previously ordered Vitaros Units for Denmark and Norway. These two countries could be getting ready to launch.

Going back to the royalty revenues. Based on the last quarter and projecting it out a year, that would generate Apricus $ 1.2 M in royalties. Spain launched towards the middle of the quarter and France's launch was only in the last month of that quarter.

It might be safe to project that this 3Q 2015 would have the partners selling units in the 200,000 - 250,000 area ( especially given that Italy will have contributed with 1 month of Vitaros Sales ). I think this number of units sold is attainable even if Germany doesn't contribute towards this total.
