Another blown forecast. As I've said over and over, models can't even predict El Nino...even when the 'event' is forming. Unbelievable! But we are supposed to believe that they understand everything about El Nino and that California's drought it 23% enhanced by global warming. What bullshit!

No worries, even though errors get compounded by models over time...the time-period beyond 3-months to 100-years is easy! LOL!
