Stock buybacks are not looting anything. They increases the portion of the company that each share represents, so they aren't looting the stockholders. Pension funds buying stock also isn't looting.

As for very low short term interest rates from the fed, that may or may not be bad policy, but I wouldn't call it looting.

As for companies that take on too much debt, that might be foolish and dangerous in some cases, but again it isn't looting.

None of which is to say there is no embezzlement and fraud in companies, and that activity could be described as looting, but that isn't what most of the post is about.

It’s because the bulk of earnings is being recycled into buybacks, over $2.3 trillion dollars since 2009 to be precise.

$2.3 trillion dollars since 2009 does not represent "the bulk of earnings".
