Well, it's hard to argue with platitudes. My point is that just because Microsoft says it's all to complicated for mere mortals to understand doesn't make it so. Unless Judge Jackson gets thrown off the case like old Watergate hand Stanley Sporkin, I think it would be a good idea for Microsoft to try to explain things rather than do this compliance with a middle finger thing. Of course, that unannotated list of 228 files is all the explanation needed for the Microphile crowd, but some of us have some respect for authorities other than those resident at One Microsoft Way.
