OK In all my stupidity I have now started using lastpass again I went into the vault and deleted all financial sites as well as the email ones, and also the ones never used I did keep the forums my lastpass password = 85% strong when I backup weekly I will visit the vault to reinspect any changes I have been using the password system mentioned here many years ago, as well as recently: site specific catch phrase/ master password/ site specific catchphrase I will be doing that on all sites in future what am I missing?
