Kim Davis is an elected official. The KY leg could impeach her, but since KY voted AGAINST SSM that's not going to happen. Only unelected judges can give the people the finger like that. But have we reached the state where judges can remove elected officials and replace them with ones they, the judges, appoint?

Thanks to liberals, she's likely assured re-election as long as she wants it. Heck, she could probably run for governor if she wanted.
