Only because there isn't an English term for a theory with overwhelming proof of correctness. There is a vast difference between that kind of theory and one where it has been disproved like the hockey stick, or one that hasn't been proved either way. The idiocy of CJ claiming homosexuality is genetic on the basis of what is clearly disputed evidence, that even the authors admit is insufficient, well that's just CJ being the buffoon that he is.
