Exactly... material isn't classified because it's stamped classified... it's stamped classified because it is classified... and all classified material is classified at birth... the Sec. of State, as the highest ranking official in the State Department, is one of the few appointed by the president to assign the classification qualifier to State Department material... part of her job was to do the classifying itself... so, for her to say it wasn't marked classified at the time or that she didn't know it was classified or that it was not classified when she sent it is so completely absurd... just absurd, a LIE...
