Helo4, I think the safeguards are in place. The investing community has evolved along with the introduction of all these social media outlets where communications occur on a daily basis with market participants availing themselves of Twitter and the like. Regulators have avenues for investors to report any breaches of disclosure rules. If you see such a breach, you can call the offices of the OSC or BCSC or whatever jurisdiction you feel applicable. Back to my questions though …………. where and how do you draw the distinction between social media and one on one conversation as it pertains to non-public "material" information?
