hoov you are being disingenuous. CEO Duncan completely ignored NATIONAL POLICY 51-201 :DISCLOSURE STANDARDS and common sense and posted some of the most outrageous and egregious comments that have ever been posted on a Stockhouse bullboard or on any public stock forum.

Rather than condemn what he did you tell us that NATIONAL POLICY 51-201 is not binding. It's only a guide. So technically Duncan didn't violate regulations but that doesn't make his posts acceptable.

Are you telling us that Duncan's comments on SH are acceptable behaviour for the CEO of a public company? I have copies of some of his most egregious posts and they are ugly.

Do you really think when this policy is reviewed they will rule that posting behaviour like Mr Duncan's will become acceptable?

Yes hoov you are violating these rules also by posting when you are doing consulting work for CCB. We have several examples where CCB supporters like to ignore accepted standards and procedures and then they come with flimsy excuses for their actions like you are doing now. (I have other examples but I doubt you want to go there)

Duncan was wrong. The optics look very bad. You are in denial.
