Proxy vote: As far as the vote goes on the issue of additional shares of stock as a bonus to the directors I am going to vote NO to this. I do not feel that the directors should be given any bonus for doing nothing for the past 1 to 3 years. Look at the chart of the price of this stock. It has gone from a dollar before the reverse split down to an equivalent of about 3 cents. In addition, they had two dilutions before the 12:1 reverse split. How does all the mean they deserve a bonus? Also, there is a good chance that they will need more money before they get the never ending decision on the road permit in Montana. Again more dilution possible. That is my opinion, for what it is worth. I have held TLR stock now for at least 4 years and have been burned badly.
