Three things,

1. where did all the money go that supposed to build roads before the gas tax hike?

Its being use to maintain the many miles of existing roads and bridges that have been built over the past 100 years.

2. don't hold your breathe waiting for all the new roads they promise. I hope you get them.

They'll get built. Trust.

3. When oil prices rise up...whew, wait for the price of gas then.

That's why we have to get off gas.
