Placing very high negative impacts on the military is the fifth of the six steps that will destroy a Democracy.

Obama first downsizes through budget cuts. Second he places unwelcome negative cultural impacts on the troops. Third, he hammers their salary.

It is no wonder that China, Russia and Iran talk so tough. I question if we could even fight a small war any longer given what has happened to our force strength.
