The bottom of the trough is in the rear view mirror. FM has begun its year end rally, feable though it may be. Look for strong upward movement after January 1. One of FM's problems this time of year is the lack of news. FM is on a 52-53 week year, meaning that there are three 12 week quarters and one 16 week quarter. We're in the midst of the 16 week quarter and there's an extra four weeks without company news. So year end sellers sell while yearend buyers follow news elsewhere. The sellng is over. Arnie
