There is no reason for me to be proud or ashamed, as the graphic is a distortion of reality. It implies too many false assumptions.

*How many of those gun deaths were murders that would not be stopped by additional gun control laws?
*How many of those gun deaths were justifiable homicides committed to protect innocent people from harm?
*How many were accidental ... a few were and we should be saddened by accidents that result in harm or death. You are 51 times more likely to die of accidental poisoning by the way, which is also sad.
*How much crime and harm was averted by protective people bearing arms?

The burden of proof is on you. Your assertion that more guns equal more crime has been debunked. Your fear that concealed carry means "shoot-outs in the streets, and deranged gun nuts looking to kill people or that there is a gun violence epidemic is not born out by statistics.

Gun sales have gone through the roof yet firearm related deaths have not gone up.

An intelligent person would re-evaluate their position in the face of such facts.
