I don't think so. The SEC is obviously only concerned with wrongdoing on the part of the company; no mention whatsoever was made of short selling in its release.

Riley can try to delude people here that it is the short sellers and bears that the SEC is after, but I doubt he will find that many people dumb enough to believe him. But maybe I am wrong on that.
