From Farsight:

FarSight will allow a DTC transfer out of the account for up to 50% of
the security holdings in your account.

If you would like to have funds or securities totaling more than 50% of
your or assets transferred out of FarSight you will need to contact the
receiving institution for instructions. That institution will initiate
and handle the complete transfer process. FarSight does not charge when funds are transferred out.
