Milton Friedman, the greatest economist of modern times, did not pull numbers out of his ass. If you're going to try to argue with him, you're not going to win the argument. I repeat: study after study has shown that whites are hired before blacks in this labor market. Its called racism. Its no different with teens than its is with adults. It has nothing to do with the min wage. If Friedman didn't know that, then he is either naive or stupid.
