The right-wing idiot can resign. If she won't follow the laws she is sworn to uphold, she cannot be a position responsible to uphold and execute those laws. She cannot discriminate in her public office.

The judge you are mocking is a law and order Bush appointee. If she rots in jail, it is her own decision. Rot, or resign. The clerk's office is not a place for religious zealots to impose their own beliefs contrary to the law.

So let her rot and be made an example for all to see.
