We need to check and see if they can even legally do that. I think if you request a transfer of YOUR securities they have to carry it out however you wish, DTC or otherwise. Farsight knows they are going to lose alot of accounts so they invoked this crap. It was probably in the fine print somewhere as they planned this all out in advance. If they will only do 50%, I will do it 50% at a time, if I have to till finally I half-life my account down to one share. Or, I will transfer everything except my halted RMIL.
