What is your estimate on 4Q97 EPS? Consensus estimate is $0.22/share. As we know, the analysts are a little off on this number and have questionable motives with their work. Perhaps we could back up all the negative talk about analysts and prove that we are better than the analysts with our own estimates. Perhaps a contest?!? The winner or winners of the closest to the before-extraordinary EPS wins a case of beer, a nice bottle of wine, ?????. What do you think? It could be a learning experience with the thread also if you could explain your thoughts behind your estimate. My conservative estimate is $0.30/share with a 144 lasers (15% over 3Q per Akins) sold in 4Q97. If I win, I am donating my case of beer to Scott McI for his past transcripts of the CYMI conference calls.
