Answer this serious inquiry locopig....Nodie says he personally knows "assholes" who sell their food stamps on the open market but since there haven't been actual food stamps for years, how do they do that. Food stamps are now part of the EBT card which the po recipient uses like a credit card. So if he wants to sell his food stamps what does he do? Sell the entire EBT card? Make a purchase which he then resells? How does Nodie actually buy these things?
