So health care mind boggling growth the past fifty years is not crowding out the real economy makes sense as we don't produce nearly as much as we once did, much of the need is there be it real due to technology or demographics or artificially juiced by government plus the multiplier effect of spending by the wage earners here at home is a net big plus? As usual the truth might be some where in the middle IMHO
