It occurs to me that you might think SL has to be advantageous for employee and employer. That's hilarious.

That's also hilarious. Yes; preserving income is the whole point.

That's a nice theory. Too bad life doesn't work that way. Nobody wants to see one whole day gone from their check, let alone 3 or 4, and the part of the labor force living from check to pay check can't afford it. (Oh, but they could if the base was higher.... lmao).
