But did she? As of yet, there is no evidence she did. Now it may turn out that she did and is culpable. That could be bad for her. But this is starting to look like the Benghazi thingy and all of those other Obama "scandals" that never go anywhere.

After a couple of dozen trips through the spin machine and going nowhere, it makes someone who has a normally functioning mind a wee bit skeptical.
